Subject: Two rotund and proud congressmen annoyed President Lincoln.

Description: When the two rotund and proud congressmen annoyed President Lincoln with their unreasonable requests, they claimed to be among the weightiest men in southern New Jersey. Lincoln said after they departed, "I wonder if that end of the State didn't tip up when they got off of it?"
